Out Patient & Speech Therapy

The Branford Hills Health Care Center has been serving the residents of Branford and the surrounding communities with physical and occupational therapy services for the past two decades.
Both the Physical and Occupational Therapy Department’s are staffed with in-house, full-time registered therapists who perform patient evaluations, tests and measurements of strength, balance, endurance, range of motion, and activities of daily living. Most insurances are accepted

OUTPATIENT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Occupational therapy is for individuals of all ages whose lives have been disrupted by physical and/or emotional deficits. These conditions require specialized assistance in learning skills to enable the individual to lead an independent, productive and satisfying life. Upon referral from a physician, patients will receive an evaluation and a personalized treatment plan designed to meet his or her rehabilitative needs. Speech Therapy
